I ate Motsunabe in Fukuoka City last week after a long absence.
Motsunabe is made from motsu(tripe), Chinese chives, cabbage and garlic.
It is a local dish around the Fukuoka City area.
Before boiling it.
There are many Chinese chives.
After boiling it.
It have many meat(tripe) in it.
Motsunabe taste very good.
